Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to theUK,USA, and select countries in Europe, includingGermanyandSpain. Shipping to these locations iscompletely free. For all other countries, standard international shipping rates will apply and be calculated at checkout.

Where is my order?

Check your email for a tracking link. Allow 3–5 business days after shipping for carrier updates.

What is your return policy?

We offer a30-day return policyon all eligible items. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your product within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times are:

  • UK: 7–12 business days
  • USA: 12–21 business days
  • Germany & Spain: 7–12 business days
    Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption via Shopify Payments and PayPal. We never store your full card number.
