These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the website eleganceandessentials.com and to any products you buy from Elegance & Essentials Ltd. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. Your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and may pass over several networks. Credit card information is always encrypted when it is transferred.

2. Accuracy of Information

We work hard to make sure product descriptions, images, prices and availability on our site are accurate. However, we cannot promise that descriptions or other content are free from errors. If a product is not as described, you can return it for a refund as set out in our Refund Policy.

Colours and finishes may vary slightly because of screen settings and photography lighting.

3. Pricing and Payment

Elegance & Essentials Ltd is a UK company, so our prices are set in British pounds (GBP).

  • UK orders: prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT at 20%. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
  • Orders to the United States, Canada, Germany and Spain: prices are shown and charged in your local currency (USD, CAD or EUR), converted from our GBP price. UK VAT is not charged on these orders.
  • Import charges:US prices include import duties, so there’s nothing to pay on delivery. For orders to Canada, Germany and Spain, your country may charge import taxes or duties on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Your bank or payment provider may charge currency conversion or international transaction fees.

We may change prices at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or anyone else for a price change, suspension or discontinuation of products.

Payment must be received in full before we process your order. We accept major credit cards, PayPal and other methods shown at checkout.

Please see our Shipping Policy for full details. We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Germany and Spain.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruption, weather or other events outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and ownership of the items pass to you when your order is delivered to the address you gave us.
