Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, and items marked as "Final Sale" at checkout.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us at support@eleganceandessentials.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
  • A photo of the damage
  • A photo of the original packaging
  • Your order number
Once we verify the issue, we will offer you a choice:
  • A full refund — no need to return the item. Please dispose of it responsibly.
  • A free replacement shipped to you at no extra cost.
For low-value items where return shipping is impractical, we may automatically process a refund without requiring a return. This is at our discretion and is designed to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.


Change-of-Mind Returns

If you are returning an item for any reason other than damage or defect (for example, you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item), the following process applies:
  1. Contact us at support@eleganceandessentials.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide return instructions, including the appropriate return facility address for your region.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method. We recommend retaining your postage receipt until your refund is processed.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
  • If you haven't received your refund after 14 days, please contact us at support@eleganceandessentials.com.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, colour, or item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time.


Late or Lost Returns

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please use a trackable shipping service and keep your proof of postage.
If a return is marked as delivered to our facility but not received internally, we will conduct a trace investigation and keep you updated.
