We deliver thoughtful home essentials worldwide. Below is everything you need to know about how, where, and when we ship.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries and regions:

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier. They are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons, customs clearance, or due to circumstances outside our control.


UK Orders — VAT Included

All prices on our website are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT at 20% where applicable. If you are ordering from within the United Kingdom, the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No additional tax or duty will be charged on delivery.


International Orders — Customs & Import Charges

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, your local government may require import duties, customs fees, or VAT before your package can be delivered. These charges are set by your country, not by us, and they are the responsibility of the customer.
What this means in practice:
  • United States: Most small household items under $800 enter duty-free. You typically will not pay extra.
  • Canada: Orders may be subject to GST/HST or duties depending on the item value and category.
  • Germany & Spain (EU): Orders may be assessed local VAT (usually 19–21%) and a small customs clearance fee by the carrier. The delivery driver or local post office will collect this before handing over your package.
  • Australia: Orders over AUD $1,000 may incur GST and duties. Lower-value orders usually enter free of charge.
We ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means we cover shipping to your door, but any import charges assessed by your country are your responsibility.
If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected customs charges, the package will be abandoned or returned to sender. In this case, we are unable to issue a refund. Please check your local import thresholds before ordering if you are unsure.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.


Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery. Please allow 3–5 business days after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to update their system.
If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@eleganceandessentials.com.


Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfilment partners depending on availability and your location. You will receive tracking information for each individual shipment. You will not pay extra if your order arrives in multiple packages.


Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If you notice an error:
  • Before shipping: Contact us immediately at support@eleganceandessentials.com and we will update the address.
  • After shipping: You will need to contact the carrier directly. We are unable to reroute packages once they are in transit.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost in transit: If your tracking shows no movement for 20 business days (UK/EU) or 30 business days (US/CA/AU), contact us and we will initiate a trace investigation with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will offer a reshipment or full refund at your preference.
Stolen after delivery: We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided. Please ensure a secure delivery location. If you are concerned about theft, we recommend shipping to a work address or using a parcel locker where available.
Damaged in transit: If your package arrives damaged, email us at support@eleganceandessentials.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
